This site does not ask you for anything. There is no contact form, no newsletter box and no account to create. If you book a call, that happens on Calendly, not here. We collect what you tell us and nothing else.
Booking runs through Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email, phone number, what office you are running for and your fundraising goal. That information comes to us and we use it to prepare for and hold the call. Calendly holds it under its own privacy policy.
We keep the email and whatever is in it, the same way anyone keeps their inbox.
Hard Money is published on Substack. Substack holds your email address under its own privacy policy. We can see who is subscribed. We do not sell or share that list.
Our web host, Netlify, records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary hosting infrastructure and we do not use it to identify individuals.
The animation at the top of the home page follows your cursor. That happens entirely inside your browser. Your cursor position is never recorded or sent anywhere.
Donor information we handle for a client campaign belongs to that campaign. It is never merged into our own lists, never used for another client, and never used for our own outreach. It stays with the campaign it came from, and it is returned or destroyed at the end of an engagement on request.
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. If that changes we will say so here and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email win@e3nstrategies.com and we will answer within thirty days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have these rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
This site is for candidates and campaign professionals. It is not directed at anyone under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their information.
