Justin R. Nudo has a longstanding passion for politics that began at home in suburban Illinois, where his father served as Vice Chairman of Wayne Township.
His love for political action grew while he swept floors at his grandfather’s barbershop on Clark Street in Chicago, where he engaged in years of conversations with Burt Natarus, the 42nd Ward’s longtime Alderman. Those conversations, which continued until the Alderman passed away, showed him how good people in government can create real opportunity in the lives of the people they serve.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University, Justin got his start in a Chicago mayoral race, helping raise nearly $1.5 million in a highly competitive campaign. Since then he has raised money for municipal, county, state legislative, statewide and U.S. Congressional races. He also served as Executive Director of a SuperPAC based in New York City.
In all, Justin has helped raise more than $10 million for candidates and causes, including the 2025 effort that set the record for the most money ever raised in a California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) Board race.
He pairs that experience with an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and brings discipline and data to fundraising so campaigns raise what they need to win.
At E3N Strategies, Justin leads a Democratic fundraising firm that works with candidates across the country, at every level of the ballot, from launch day through Election Day.
