Justin R. Nudo - Founder
Justin Nudo has a long-standing passion for politics that began at home in suburban Illinois, where his father served as Vice Chairman of Wayne Township. His love for political action blossomed while sweeping floors at his grandfather’s barbershop on Clark Street in Chicago, where he engaged in conversations with Chicago’s legendary 41st Ward Alderman, Burt Natarus. It was through these conversations with the Alderman that he began to see how good people in government can create real opportunities in the lives of their constituents.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University, Justin took on the role of Deputy Finance Director for former Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy’s mayoral campaign, helping to raise nearly $1.5 million in a highly competitive race. Since then, Justin has worked at multiple levels of political campaigns, including municipal, county, state legislative, state-wide, and US Congressional campaigns, focusing on fundraising, media, and strategic planning. He also served as the Executive Director of a New York City-based SuperPAC.
In 2024, Justin supported candidates across the country with their fundraising efforts, including helping a first-time Democratic candidate in a purple district in Upstate New York max-out the funding from the state’s matching funds program. In all, Justin has personally helped raise over $7.2 Million for candidates.
Combining his political expertise with his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, Justin brings a data-driven approach to fundraising and voter analysis, ensuring that campaigns deploy resources efficiently and deliver effective messaging.
At E3N Strategies, Justin leads a full-service Democratic consulting firm specializing in fundraising and campaign strategy. His work spans from campaign launches to Election Day, with a personal focus on fundraising and guiding first-time and struggling candidates through the political process.
